Koda Risk is built for insurance professionals, and we treat information the way that audience expects: collected sparingly, stated plainly, never sold.
What we collect on this website
- What you give us. If you request access or email us, we keep your email address and anything you choose to tell us, so a person can reply and set up your invite.
- Anonymous usage. We measure page views and clicks with cookieless analytics (PostHog, memory-only persistence — no tracking cookies, no cross-site identifiers). If you submit the access form, we associate your visit with the email you provided so we can see what brought you here.
What we collect on the platform
- Account details for workspace members (name, email, role), and product usage (files opened, reports run) — used to operate the product, meter fair use, and understand what to build next.
- Risk files you create. These stay in your workspace. Public-records data assembled into a file comes from third-party sources and is labeled with its source in the product.
What we never do
- Sell your data, or your clients' data. To anyone.
- Use your book of business to compete with you.
- Let demographic signals gate an appetite verdict — the engine refuses them by construction, and every file keeps an audit trail.
Who processes data for us
Cloudflare (hosting and bot protection), PostHog (analytics), HubSpot (contact management), Resend (email delivery), and WorkOS (platform sign-in). Each receives only what its job requires.
