The short version

Koda is a decision-support workbench for licensed insurance professionals, currently in an invite-only founding-agents beta, offered free of charge. It informs your judgment; it does not replace it.

What Koda is — and isn't

• Koda Risk is not an insurance carrier and does not bind, quote, or sell insurance. Appetite verdicts are decision support based on configured rule books and public-records data.
• Reports and prefilled forms are informational. The producing agent remains the professional of record and is responsible for verifying information before relying on it in a submission or with a client.
• Data assembled from public and commercial sources can be incomplete or out of date; the product labels each fact's source and basis so you can judge it.

The founding-agents beta

• Access is free, personal to your workspace, and invite-only. We may set fair-use limits on report runs.
• We use product feedback and aggregate usage to improve the platform — that's the stated trade for free access.
• Beta software changes; features may evolve or be withdrawn. We'll communicate material changes.

Acceptable use

Use Koda for legitimate insurance work on risks you're authorized to handle. Don't scrape, resell access, probe the security of the service, or upload content you lack the right to use.

Liability

The service is provided "as is" during beta, without warranties, and to the maximum extent permitted by law Koda Risk is not liable for decisions made in reliance on it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
